You could do it, but it would basically mean setting up an appropriate database from the sample template, and then using an agent to import the documentation files into separate documents and set the appropriate fields so they would show up in the Notes database the way you would want. I have helped a customer do this, but mostly only because they needed greater help with formatting and used our
Midas Rich Text LSX for the importing and formatting, plus parsing some information from the document files to determine the fields. If you don't need those sorts of things, a regular LotusScript agent should be fine.
